Winter's Passage By Julie Kagawa
I read the ebook Winters Passage by Julie Kagawa. The book has faeries and wolves in it. Meghan Chase, the main character, is half-fey—a faery princess. She is on her way to fulfill her promise to return to the Winter Court. I loved the ebook so much that I plan to go and buy the book Iron King to read. You can read the first three chapters on the website, just click on the link The Iron King. I read the first three chapters of Iron King and I loved how Julie Kagawa put such detail into the book that it was so vivid in my mind that it seemed almost real. I enjoyed reading the story from Meghan's eyes because she is so different I find her intriguing. I am sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for my mom to take me to buy the book.
Full Disclosure: My mom received the complementary ebook, Winters Passage, for review purposes; although all opinions in this blog post are 100% mine.

Cure Search Cancer Walk
I walked two and a half miles around Texas Motor Speedway in honor of Johnathon who is forever 3. I did it in hope that one day there will be a cure for cancer. Cure Search is the organization who put the walk together. Radio Disney was set up and they had face painting and I got the words Cancer Sucks on my cheeks. I had so much fun at the walk we got donuts before and pizza after. I got to do a hula hoop contest that I did not win :( . Oh well it was still fun. It was hard to walk on the track when you are walking on the turns it puts a lot of pressure on your ankles because the speedway is slanted for Nascars. This was an experience that I will never forget. I had so much fun and it was cool that I got to walk the speedway. I love to do the walks that are for good causes like this. Johnathon's mom, Teri is good friends with my mom and after her son passed away she started Johnathon's Rainbow Road. I love going to events to help support her cause to find cures for kids of the future.

Miranda Cosgrove's First Concert and I was there!
Image via Wikipedia
Thursday I was picked up early from school and I got to go to see Miranda Cosgrove in concert!!!!! For people who are not familiar with the name, she is Carly off of iCarly the Nickelodeon show. She is one of my role models and I got to meet her. I was so nervous I could not talk and my mom thought that I was going to be sick. The concert was a private one and her very first. We sat in the front row and she was so good. She was so sweet, she even complemented me on my blue hair which was really cool. I will never forget the day I got to give her a hug and shake her hand. I love her show so much, she is so talented I love her music and her acting. Miranda Cosgrove is my idol and I was so lucky to get to meet her. Thank's so much to Quaker Chewy Granola Bars After School ROCKS Program who made it all happen.. And also a BIG thank you to my MOM she is the best and if it weren't for her I would never have met Miranda Cosgrove.....

Spring Break in Tennessee
Over spring break I visited my aunt in Tennessee. It was my mom, my brother Noah, my sister Gabby, Alan, my cuz Dee and me that went. Well we went up to the mountains one day and went up the ski lift. Gabby and my aunt would not go but the rest of us did. We were all surprised when my brother, Noah, at the age of 3 years old rode. I was not scared at all until we got half way up the mountain and then I got a little nervous. It was really pretty on the way down you could see all the mountains and the shops, it just took your breath away.
The photo was taken just as the ski lift reached the top. On the left is my cousin, Deianeira and then I'm on the right.

Eclipse
Eclipse is the 3rd of the Twilight Saga, which comes out June 30th. I can't wait to see this move it is going to be the best so far. Lots of action will take place by Victoria coming back to take revenge on Bella. Bella has a big choice to make whether she will say yes to Edward and marry him or will she pick Jacob. Jacob's pack has gotten a lot bigger now, 10 wolves and an unexpected person turns into a wolf.

How to save kids in Ghana
In one of my past posts I shared about my Life List item, saving a kid in Ghana, Africa by taking part in The Mercy Project but I didn't explain how it's done. In order to save a child out of slavery you must trade supplies for them. The Mercy Project does not buy the kids to own them, instead they trade supplies to free the child and then put them up for adoption. The Mercy Project also collects donations on their website in order to build houses to shelter the saved children.
My personal goal is to travel to Ghana, Africa and personally trade supplies to help save at least one child to put up for adoption to find a good home when I'm 19 years old. After I finish college and medical school then I want to adopt a child myself.
If you want to help then visit The Mercy Project's website and donate any amount helps. It's a very sad and happy story all in one.

Today my mom had a Digiorno party and had all of her friends and their kids over. Well one of her friends sales Cookie Lee which is jewelry. Well she brought what jewelry she had over for us to look at. I got a necklace. I love the necklace because Blue is my favorite color and I love peace. I also ordered a necklace that has a Peace sign on it.
